Philosophy of Astrology and Vastu Shastra

Indian Astrology & Vastu shastra has emerged as a powerful and very important part of our lives. Vastu shastra:

Vastu shastra is basically the art of exact setting where by one can position himself in such a method so as you take up the more advantage from the panchabhutas, the five elements (space, air, fire, water and earth) as well as from the influence of magnetic fields surrounding the earth. Vastu provides the information of the ethics to be adopted in building of temples, houses, corporate offices, industrial sheds, factories etc., so as to make the resident happy, healthy and prosperous. Vastu Shastra helps us to make our lives better and will protected from things going wrong. Vastu is a part of Vedas, which are supposed to be four to five thousand years old. The art of Vastu originates in the Stapatya Veda, a part of the Atharva Veda. Vedas are divided and brought into the written form making it easier for people to understand.

Astrology:

Astrology is the reading of how an actions on earth communicate to the positions and arrangements of astronomical bodies. These astronomical bodies included are the sun, moon, planets and stars. Depending on the position of these bodies at the accurate moment of a person's birth, Astrologers believe these bodies and their actions reflect that person's character. The knowledge of the person's nature and their relation to the bodies enables astrologers to forecast a person's future. This forecast is not limited to one person. A forecast could be for an individual, group or nation.

Horoscopes:

Astrologers prepare charts called birth charts or horoscopes. A horoscope is a map of the heavenly bodies showing the comparative positions of the sun, moon, stars, and planets at a given time. A horoscope is illustrated by a circle. This circle is known as the ecliptic. The ecliptic is the plane on which the earth orbits around the sun in a year. It is divided into twelve parts, called the signs of the Zodiac. The Zodiac divides the calendar year into 12 sections, and then each section is represented by a sign. Each of the 12 signs of the zodiac is supposed to be related with specific aspects of nature, personality, working, and aptitudes. Each sign of the Zodiac has a matching stone, metal, and symbol.
